Five roughly parallel curvilinear earthwork ditches are visible on aerial photographs taken from 1946 onwards and on visualisations of lidar data captured between 1998 and 2017. They are approximately a metre wide, and visible on both sides of the natural watercourse that they appear to have been taken from, which itself originates from a spring at SX5028751287. They broadly follow the contour, dropping less than 5 metres over a visible 120 metres, and are interpreted as the gutters of a post-medieval or 19th century catchmeadow. No features are depicted in this location on the available historic maps and any watermeadow in this location is likely to have fallen out of use by the late-19th century.
