Linear and curvilinear banks are visible as earthworks.

Hegarty, C., Knight, S. and Sims, R., 2019-2020, The South Devon Coast to Dartmoor Aerial Investigation and Mapping Survey. Area 2, Avon Valley to Plymouth (AI&M, formerly NMP) (Interpretation). SDV362982.

Linear and curvilinear banks, circa 3m wide and northwest to southeast aligned, are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken from 1946 onwards and on visualisations derived from lidar data captured in 2013. The earthwork banks occupy an area of circa 6 hectares and partly define a series of rectilinear land parcels, between 15m and 48m wide. One of the earthworks at SX50886376 is largely obscured by vegetation and is fairly poorly defined, but is possibly visible as a banked feature. They do not correspond with any linear or curvilinear features on the mid-19th century Parish Tithe Map, or on later available historic maps. The form of the earthworks supports the interpretation that they represent relict field boundaries of a possible Bronze Age field system, although a medieval date is also possible.
