NERC, 2013, LiDAR DTM data (1m resolution) Tellus: South Devon to Dartmoor, LIDAR SX5363-SX5364 Environment Agency DTM 01-JAN-1998 to 31-MAY-2017 (Cartographic). SDV361514.

A bank is visible as an earthwork.

Hegarty, C., Knight, S. and Sims, R., 2019-2020, The South Devon Coast to Dartmoor Aerial Investigation and Mapping Survey. Area 2, Avon Valley to Plymouth (AI&M, formerly NMP) (Interpretation). SDV362982.

A bank is identifiable as an earthwork circa 3m wide on visualisations derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2017, crossing the north-west facing slopes below Dewerstone Rock on a north-east to south-west alignment for circa 91m.
The visible earthwork does not correspond with any boundary depicted on the 19th or early 20th century maps available to the survey but is similar in appearance to a field boundary circa 75m to the south.
It is possible that the bank is associated with either the Bronze Age enclosure near the summit of Dewerstone Rock (MDV2381) or the double banked enclosure of probable Neolithic date that encloses the summit (MDV2380), but the earthwork is not comparable in character.
It is interpreted as a former field boundary, possibly of medieval to post-medieval date, that was removed prior to the 1840s.
