Full description

It is proposed that the old Church Institute Hall be demolished and the site levelled and used for temporary parking. Although the building fits well within the conservation area it is described as being of poor quality, with a short lifespan and of neutral value. The attached photos show a single storey rendered building under a slate roof, with a higher gabled entrance foyer at the front. The windows look to be modern.
