Dark cropmarks, interpreted as having formed over buried ditches, circa 2.5m wide, are visible on aerial photographs taken in 2018. The visible cropmarks define all four sides of a square enclosure that measures circa 46m by 46m in size, with a possible entranceway to the south. The morphology of the cropmarks suggests a late prehistoric or Roman date. Two cropmarks that extend off the eastern edge and south-eastern corner of the enclosure are of uncertain origin and may be geological. Cropmarks of three other possible enclosures are visible within this land parcel on aerial photographs of 2018. The cropmarks are not visible on other available aerial imagery.
