Two narrow curvilinear ditches are visible.

Two curvilinear earthwork ditches, less than 2m wide and parallel to the southeast facing combe slope, are visible on aerial photographs taken in 1946. They are interpreted as 19th century water channels, possibly of a catch meadow irrigation system associated with Woolston Manor and which tapped a spring-fed stream at their northeast extents. The earthworks have possibly since been levelled.
