A curvilinear earthwork ditch, approximately one metre wide, is visible on aerial photographs taken from 1946 onwards. It broadly follows the contour along the side of a valley, dropping less than 5 metres over a visible extent of circa 115 metres. It is interpreted as the gutter of a post-medieval or 19th century catchmeadow, which is not depicted on the available historic mapping and presumably fell out of use by the late-19th century. However it is possible that this could be a trackway.
