Dark cropmarks, up to approximately 3 metres in width, are visible on aerial photographs taken in drought conditions in 2018. They form a rectilinear shape, with a possible gap in the southern edge, and are interpreted as having formed over the buried ditches of a later prehistoric enclosure circa 48 by 56 metres in size. A linear dark cropmark approximately 7 metres to the north could indicate an outer circuit. Further irregular cropmarks to the west and north-west are likely to be geological in origin.
