De-Villiers, S. + Andrews, L., 2020, Shobrooke Farm, Morchard Road, Morchard Bishop: Historic Building Recording (Report - Survey). SDV363643.

The granary was built by George Wreford in 1909. It is attached to the rear of the farmhouse and is of two storey construction. It seems to have been designed as a first-floor granary with stable below, but may never have been used for this purpose. From the 1920s the building was used in the manufacture of cider, and in the 1960s to store corn.
It was not being converted and falls outside the scope of the survey, therefore no further information was given within the report.
