Linear and L-shaped cropmarks, interpreted as having formed over buried ditches, circa 2m wide, are visible on digital images derived from aerial photographs taken in 2017. The cropmarks define the west and east sides and northeast corner of a possible rectilinear enclosure which measures circa 40m across. The morphology of the cropmarks suggests a late prehistoric or Roman date. Some degree of caution should, however, be exercised as it is equally possible that the cropmarks are of agricultural origin.
