(20/04/1993) Hut circle within a small settlement. Simple plan and earthwork type. Interior measures 4.2m in diameter and is defined by a 2m wide bank standing up to 0.5m high. One of five huts, forming a string of apparently unconnected structures. It is, however, likely that these huts were originally linked to each other by a timber palisade or similar structure which now survives as a buried feature. This building forms part of a stone hut circle settlement including at least five stone hut circles.
