Two curvilinear earthwork ditches, approximately three and five metres wide, are visible on aerial photographs taken in 1945. They fit closely into the surrounding field system as depicted on the Tithe map, and are interpreted as the remains of medieval or post-medieval field boundaries. They are not depicted on the available historic mapping and presumably went out of use by the mid-19th century. One, which may have functioned as drainage as it is aligned cross-contour at the top of a valley, remains visible as an earthwork on digital images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2017.
