A curvilinear bank circa 3m wide and 35m long is visible as an earthwork on the south-facing slopes at the head of the combe immediately south of Woolston.
The visible earthwork corresponds with a boundary depicted on the Tithe map for West Alvington but not the Ordnance Survey First Edition 25inch map.
The earthwork corresponsd with a very subtle and partial bank identifiable on visualisations derived from lidar data captured in 2013 but it is likely that the bank has been levelled or near levelled.
