Cropmarks of ditches 1 to 2m wide are visible on digital images derived from aerial photographs of 2010 on the south-east facing slopes west of Blanksmill.
The cropmarks could be interpreted as defining a roughly square enclosure up to circa 50m across, potentially of Iron Age to Roman date.
