Linear feature 503 was approximately 0.95m wide, 0.25m deep aligned east-west and cut by another linear feature 501 (aligned roughly north-south). Feature is thought to potentially be Iron Age in date, although no finds were recovered from this area; prehistoric features in Site 2 to the north of the Lane may be contemporary.
