Several curvilinear parallel earthwork banks and one ditch, up to 8 metres wide and 20 metres apart, are visible on images derived from lidar data captured in 2005 and 2013. They fit into the extant field system and are interpreted as the remains of medieval field boundaries, possibly a strip field system. They are not depicted in the Tithe map and are likely to have fallen out of use by the mid-19th century.
Understanding Landscapes Project, 2020-2021, University of Exeter Understanding Landscapes Project - Volunteer data, 382.4 (Interpretation). SDV363949.
Small field 46mx100m appears to have once been divided up into 6 possibly 8 strips.
