There are four hut circles of 4.0 to 6.8 metres diameter and a pen against the western boundary wall of Enclosure 'B' at the prehistoric settlement at 'Hickaton Hill South-east'.

This monument includes three enclosed prehistoric settlements and a medieval farmstead situated on a gentle south facing slope of Dean Moor overlooking the Avon Reservoir. The northern settlement includes an agglomerated enclosure with four elements and at least 26 stone hut circles. Most of the huts are either within or attached to the enclosure walls suggesting that this settlement developed considerably after the building of the enclosures. Two huts lie a short distance east of the southern enclosure.

Enclosure 'B' at SX67596593 contains two 'D' shaped yards, about 4.5 meters by 2.0 meters internally; a sub rectangular yard, 7.0 meters by 6.5 meters internally, a wall 1.5 meters wide built of small boulders; and the fragmentary remains of another yard, about 8.0 meters by 3.0 meters internally. All the yards are built onto the enclosure wall.
