A curvilinear earthwork ditch is visible on images derived from lidar data captured from 2005. It may be a continuation of the broad curvilinear bank immediately to the west (MDV114168) that is likely to be a medieval field boundary. However it manifests differently, as a narrower and more pronounced earthwork, perhaps due to a less intensive agricultural regime. At its east end a northward return leads up to an earthwork pit depicted as an Old Quarry on the 19th century maps, and it is possible that it was associated with post-medieval industrial activity.
