Three oval earthwork mounds, the largest of which is 17 metres across at its maximum extent, are visible on images derived from lidar data captured in 2013. They are sited 200 metres south-east of a group of scheduled barrows (MDV124652), on high ground near Summerville Cross. They are smaller, closer together and less regular than the mounds of the two other barrow cemeteries on Bursdon Moor, but their location is consistent with an interpretation as Bronze Age barrows.
Understanding Landscapes Project, 2020-2021, University of Exeter Understanding Landscapes Project - Volunteer data, 881.7 (Interpretation). SDV363949.
A group of three possible barrows identified.
