The depression does not correspond with any depicted features.

An earthwork depression is visible.

An irregular shaped depression approximately 29 metres by 8 metres situated on an east facing slope above the river valley west of Cranham Farm, is visible as an earthwork on visualisations derived from lidar data captured in 2013.
The depression does not correspond with any features depicted on the available 19th century maps and is interpreted as a possible post-medieval to 19th century extractive pit.
