Full description

Cox, J. + Thorp, J. R. L., 2019, Cookshayes, Widworthy, Devon, 13, Fig. 14 (Report - Survey). SDV364102.

Wagon lodge on the west side of the lane depicted on the 1888-9 OS map. It comprises an open-ended, 4-bay building with chert rubble stone walls, scissor braced roof trusses and vertically boarded gables. The roof is part covered with Roman tiles and part now with corrugated asbestos.
