One bank partially corresponds to a depicted field boundary. The other banks do not correspond to any depicted features.

A curvilinear bank circa 100 metres in length and between 5 and 10 metres in width, is visible as a subtle earthwork on visualisations derived from lidar data captured in 2013. It is situated in a field on a south-west facing slope to the north-west of Nethercott.
The bank does not correspond to any features depicted on the available 19th century maps, however it is parallel to an adjacent depicted field boundary to the south-west and it aligns to a dog-leg in a depicted field boundary to the north. The historic landscape is characterised as medieval enclosures based on strip fields.
The bank is interpreted as a field boundary of medieval to post-medieval origin that passed out of use prior to circa 1840.
