18, Copp Hill Lane, Kenmere, Budleigh Salterton. Two storey detached dwelling (1926-30). Designed by architect William Hatchard-Smith, inspired by the Arts and Crafts movement. Large grounds, fine setting, sensitive renovation. Details held at the Fairlynch museum. Reason for Local Listing is age, aesthetic value and archival interest.
