12, Fore Street Hill, Lyonesse, Budleigh Salterton. Three storey detached dwelling (1923-26). Designed by architect William Hatchard-Smith, inspired by the Arts and Crafts movement. Details held at the Fairlynch museum. In original form and retaining much architectural detail. Rendered elevations and slate roof. Fine setting. Reason for Local Listing is age, aesthetic value and archival interest.

Three storey detached house designed by architect William Hatchard-Smith. Rendered with original slate roof. Within the conservation area. Built cira 1923-26. In original form and retaining much external detail. Original Delabole slate roof. A mixture of windows, some original timber, some replaced with aluminium and a small number of UPVC in roof. Fine setting, unspoilt. Unchanged apart from small single storey extensions.
