Pullhayes Cottage, Lower Budleigh, East Budleigh. Two storey, formerly two agricultural workers cottages, thought pre 1841 (on the old tithe maps of 1845). Typical Devon cob vernacular cottage, with a thatch roof. Many original features, and unaltered externally. These cottages housed the agricultural workers of Pullhayes Farm, a very old listed farmstead just to the SE of East Budleigh village. Reason for Local Listing is age, rarity and archival interest.
