Linear and curvilinear banks, circa 6 metres wide and both orientated north-east to south-west, are visible as earthworks on visualisations derived from lidar data captured in 2004 and 2013.
The earthworks do not correspond with any features shown in this location on the mid-19th century Parish Tithe Map, or on later available historic maps, but are in keeping with the surrounding historic field pattern, which is characterised as both medieval enclosures and medieval enclosures based on strip fields.
The form of the earthworks supports the interpretation that they are relict field boundaries of potential medieval origin, that had been removed by the mid-19th century.
