The remains of a Bronze Age hut circle. The hut has a diameter of 6.5 metres with a levelled interior. The walls are 1.2 metres thick and there is no obvious entrance.

(26/01/1978) SX 67008891. In a field south west of Chapple Farm at approximately 245.0m OD is a hut circle. The walling has an average thickness of 1.2m and consists mainly of very large boulders, some of them the complete width of the wall. The internal diameter is 6.5m; the interior of the hut forms a levelled platform. There is no obvious entrance.
The hut is on a north east facing slope but in a sheltered situation. Its size and well-marked level platform would place it in Type 2.
