A curvilinear bank 80 metres in length and between circa 5 and 14 metres in width is visible as an earthwork on visualisations derived from lidar data captured in 2007 and 2013.
The bank is orientated both east-west and north-south to form a right-angle in the corner of a south-west facing plot west of Coppicetown Farm.
The bank does not correspond with any features depicted on the available historic maps. The historic landscape is characterised as medieval enclosures.
The bank is interpreted as a field boundary of medieval to post-medieval origin that passed out of use by circa 1840.
