Summary
Curvilinear banks and ditches are visible as earthworks on visualisations derived from lidar data captured in 2004 and 2013 south of Willesley. The earthworks are interpreted as field boundaries of late medieval to post-medieval origin, that passed out of use by the mid-19th century.

Curvilinear banks and flanking ditches both circa 4 metres in width and forming an L-shape are visible as earthworks on visualisations derived from lidar data captured in 2004 and 2013. To the north of these is a further T-shaped ditch circa 6 metres in width. The earthworks are situated in a north-east facing field south of Willesley.
The earthworks do not correspond with any features depicted on the available historic maps, however they align with adjacent depicted field boundaries.
The earthworks are situated within an area of recorded medieval field system. One of the ditches bisects three surviving banks of former medieval field boundaries.
The earthworks are interpreted as field boundaries of probable post-medieval origin, or possible late medieval origin, that passed out of use by the mid-19th century.
