Two parallel curvilinear ditches between circa 40 and 60 metres in length and circa 3 metres in width are visible as earthworks on visualisations derived from lidar data captured in 2013. The bank is situated in a south-facing field north of Foghanger.
The ditches do not correspond with any features depicted on the available historic maps, however they align with a field boundary depicted to the immediate south. The historic landscape is characterised as medieval enclosures based on strip fields.
The ditches are interpreted as a field boundary of medieval to post-medieval origin that passed out of use prior to circa 1840.
