Summary
Two narrow parallel curvilinear ditches are visible as earthworks on visualisations derived from lidar data captured in 2013 west of Poflet Pastures. They are interpreted as a field boundary of medieval to post-medieval origin, that passed out of use by the mid-19th century.

Two narrow parallel curvilinear ditches circa 3 metres in width are visible as earthworks on visualisations derived from lidar data captured in 2004 and 2013. The earthwork is circa 110 metres in length and span the width of a south-east facing field west of Poflet Pastures.
The ditches do not correspond to any features depicted on the available historic maps. The historic landscape is characterised as ‘medieval enclosures based on strip fields’.
The ditches are interpreted as a field boundary of medieval to post-medieval origin that passed out of use prior to circa 1840.
