Two curvilinear banks between circa 3 and 11 metres, one forming a T-shape, are visible as earthworks on visualisations derived from lidar data captured in 2013. The banks are situated in a north-west facing field closely to a small stream south-east of Milton Green.
The banks do not correspond to any features depicted on the available historic maps, however they are parallel to some adjacent field boundaries depicted on the Tithe Map. The historic landscape is characterised as ‘post-medieval enclosures with medieval elements’.
The banks are interpreted as field boundaries of medieval to post-medieval origin, that passed out of use prior to circa 1840.
