Several curvilinear banks circa 4 metres in width are visible as earthworks on visualisations derived from lidar data captured in 2013. The banks are orientated north-west to south-east, with the southernmost bank forming an L-shape, in a south-west facing field south-west of Milton Abbot.
The banks do not correspond to any features depicted on the available historic maps. The historic landscape is characterised as medieval enclosures.
They are interpreted as field boundaries of probable medieval origin, that passed out of use by the mid-19th century.
