A north-west to south-east orientated curvilinear bank is visible as an earthwork on visualisations derived from lidar data captured in 2013. It forms terraced areas above and below to the immediate south of the Old Vicarage.
The bank corresponds with an earthwork depicted on the Ordnance Survey 25 inch Second Edition map and is faintly visible on aerial photographs dating to the 1940s.
The bank is interpreted as a ha-ha of post-medieval to early 20th century origin.
