Curvilinear banks between circa 6 and 12 metres in width are visible as earthworks on visualisations derived from lidar data captured in 2005 and 2013. The banks are situated in a south-east facing field adjacent to a former chapel (MDV2691) south-east of Dunterton.
The banks partially correspond to curvilinear field boundaries depicted on historic maps. The historic landscape has been characterised as ‘medieval enclosures’.
The banks are faintly visible on aerial photographs captured between 2005 and 2010.
