Curvilinear earthwork banks and a ditch are visible on images derived from lidar data captured in 2007 and 2013, south-west of Collacombe Barton. Two roughly parallel banks, approximately 7 metres apart, are orientated roughly north-west to south-east and may be a former trackway. At the north of this feature interconnected earthwork banks appear to form three small enclosures, possible infield or former house plots associated with medieval or post-medieval settlement at Collacombe. A further curvilinear earthwork bank to the west runs parallel to a field boundary depicted on the Tithe map, and may have defined an additional trackway.
