The Wessex Ceramics Group, King Alfred's College, Winchester, 1998, National Database of Medieval Pottery Production Centres: Devon, 964 (Monograph). SDV352614.

Richard Crockere and William Potter were assessed for 10d and 8d respectively at Ashburton for the Lay Subsidey of 1332 (this may or may not relate to pottery production).
