Curvilinear earthwork ditches are visible on images derived from lidar data captured in 2016, and partly on aerial photographs captured in the 1940s, in fields to the south-east of Coombehayes. They broadly follow the contour, dropping less than 5 metres over a visible length of approximately 200 metres, and are interpreted as the gutters of a post-medieval or nineteenth century catchmeadow system.
