A curvilinear earthwork ditch or depression is visible on images derived from lidar data captured in 2016. At its western end it is aligned with a field boundary depicted on the historic mapping, and it may be the spread remains of a medieval field boundary. Alternatively, and perhaps more likely given its width, it could be a former trackway connected to the clay pit immediately to the east.
