A possible linear ditch [6103] was recorded in Trench 61 (Field J) during an archaeological trench evaluation on land to the east of Axminster. Aligned north-west to south-east, the ditch was 0.5 metres wide and 0.15 metres deep with a single fill. No finds were recovered.
Located on some of the higher ground on the site, the ditch is suggested to be potentially late prehistoric in date.
