The plot is recorded as 'Great Orchard' (Plot 1909).

The banks are visible as earthworks, and the orchard has been cleared of trees.

A series of closely parallel linear banks are visible as earthworks on images derived from lidar data captured in 2016. The banks correspond with a plot recorded as 'Great Orchard' on the Tithe Map and depicted as orchard on the First and Second Edition OS maps. The banks are visible on aerial photographs dating to the 1940s, where the plot appears to have been cleared of trees indicating the orchard passed out of use by this time.
The banks are interpreted as planting ridges for orchard trees of post-medieval to 19th century origin, that passed out of use by the mid-20th century.
