Full description

South West Heritage Trust, 1838-1848, Digitised Tithe Maps and Transcribed Apportionments (Cartographic). SDV359954.

The bank does not correspond to any features, however is similar in appearance to depicted field boundaries to the north-east.

A north-east to south-west orientated curvilinear earthwork bank circa 7m in width is visible on images derived from lidar data captured in 2016. The bank does not correspond to any features depicted on histoirc maps, however it has a similar appearance to earthworks of depicted field boundaries to the north-east. The bank is interpreted as a field boundary of medieval to post-medieval origin, that passed out of use prior to circa 1840.
