A series of closely parallel both east to west and north to south orientated linear banks between 3.5m and 5m apart are visible as earthworks on images derived from lidar data captured in 2016. The banks correspond with an orchard plot recorded on the Tithe Map, and depicted as an orchard on subsequent historic maps. Part of the orchard passed out of use by the mid 20the century and part by the mid to late 20th century. The banks are interpreted as planting ridges for orchard trees of post-medieval to 19th century origin, that passed out of use over the mid to late 20th century.
