(24/08/1998) Two disused but well preserved turf covered block-built shelters, one with a swivel target rail in situ. These features formed part of a battlefield range, one of several on the Willsworthy Training Area (See SX 58 SW 94; 124; 180).
SX53448338. A well-defined bunker. Immediately to the south a scatter of low stony mounds indicate previous military activity.
SX53818335. Again a well-preserved shelter this time with an intact swivel target bund to the east.

(15/02/2001) It seems likely that these features are the last remnants of a more extensive battlefield range that formerly occupied the southern slopes of White Hill. No change to above description.
