Summary

The remains of a disturbed turf-covered cairn. The monument measures 10.5 by 8.5 metres and stands to a height of 0.75 metres. The cairn shows signs of disturbance as a shallow hollow slightly west of centre and a possible spoil heap lies nearby.

Royal Commission for the Historical Monuments of England, 1987-1993, Duchy Farms Project Survey Visit, S. Probert (Report - Survey). SDV350839.

(27/08/1992) SX 66147723. A disturbed turf-covered cairn located on the upper north-western flank of Riddon Ridge 300m south-east of Bellever Bridge. Lying in unenclosed moorland at the junction of three prehistoric field boundaries the cairn measures 10.5m north to south by 8.5m and stands 0.75m high. A shallow hollow about 2.0m in diameter lies slightly west of centre and a possible spoil heap lies to the east of the mound.
