Full description

Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division, 1977, SX66SW93 (Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division Card). SDV148107.

A cairn measuring 11.5 meters in diameter, height 0.8 meters. The top is flat, and a large granite slab may be the cover stone of a cist. Other details: Other reference to SX66SW72 - incorrect number?.

Grinsell states that Spooner, G. M. describes a cairn which he could not locate at SX63026275. Other details: Cornwood 18.

A turf covered mound is a probable barrow or cairn 315 metres north of Stall Down stone row. This barrow has a spread diameter of 10.5 metres and stands 0.8 metres high. The centre of the mound shows signs of minor disturbance.
