Summary
Remains of Medieval or later tinworks situated on the north facing slope of Down Ridge. The earthworks were recorded during an archaeological field survey in 1995 and comprise a line of pits between 3 metres and 6 metres in diameter and one metre deep.

(13/06/1995) SX 64737212 to SX 64737202. A line of tin pits running N to S on the N facing slope of Down Ridge. The pits are small, with diameters in the range 3.0m to 6.0m, and remain on average 1.0m deep.
