Full description
Rainbird, P., 2020, A Middle Bronze Age Enclosure, Late/Post-Roman Pit and Late Medieval/Post-Medieval Cloth Drying Rack at Station Hill, Chudleigh, 150; Figs 2, 14b (Article in Serial). SDV364790.
Close to the south-east terminal, and external to the enclosure ditch, was a small pit (F687) with evidence for burning. It was sub-circular in plan, 0.55m by 0.35m by .013m deep with gently sloping sides and an uneven base. No finds were recovered.
