Full description
Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.
Barn, forming part of an L-shaped range, depicted.

The map shows that the barn formerly had another building adjoining the southern end of the western side forming an L-shaped range and a horse engine house on the east side.

Structural survey report submitted with a planning application for conversion shows the barn to be a single storey, traditional stone built barn with a large modern agricultural building on the east side. There is a large full-height double doorway with a porch off centre in the west elevation. It has a typical A-frame timber roof structure with a slate covering.
