Part of the enclosure may be reflected in the curved shape of a former field boundary shown on historic mapping.

One of three enclosures visible on LiDAR to the south-east of Holsworthy Beacon. It seems to be a corner of a ditch cutting through an oval shape. Maps from 1800s show a field boundary but this could be following a previous structure. There may be a connection with the possible road identified to the south-east. Carroll considers Holsworthy Beacon to be a crossroads for ancient routes across Devon.
